Along with performing with lingo since 2003, Aiko Kinoshita choreographs, and performs in her own work through her company, acornDance, and teaches. Her choreographic work has been seen in Seattle as well as in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Colorado and has been presented internationally at festivals in Canada, Korea and Japan. Aiko was a founding member of Left Field Dance Collective and recently returned from Beloit College (WI) where she was a visiting assistant professor in dance (fall of 2005). Aiko holds an MFA in Dance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She thanks Jim and her family for their love and support.
